I help mission-driven organizations make better decisions and restore momentum when work gets stuck, by clarifying what matters most and turning shared intent into coordinated action.
My work supports teams navigating complexity, change, and competing priorities. Rather than rushing to solutions or forcing alignment, I design structured processes that help leaders name what’s really happening, make decisions that hold, and move forward with clarity.
